This blog post will be talking about my location recce. To put it simply, I will be mentioning options for shooting locations and why these places are appropriate for my coursework. I will also be mentioning the pros and cons of these locations.

The first possible location for my photoshoot is Rustaveli Avenue. This is a potential location as there are a lot of spaces to take photos and I also think it is very aesthetically pleasing as there are bright and vibrant lights at night. It is also easily accessible, as there are parts where it is easy to take photos and not disturb anyone else around.

However, it can get very crowded, particularly at night, which makes it difficult to take photos in specific areas or times. To overcome this issue, I should take photos during the daytime, as to avoid overcrowding and take photos at a place where there isn't a lot of people and there isn't a lot of noise, so as not to disturb the photoshoot.

The second possible location for my photoshoot is called Fabrika, which is a hostel which has an artsy and industrial vibe, and has small cafes and shops. I chose this as a possible shooting location because I think the graffiti that you can see in the photo makes a good background for my photos, and make them look more aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, I think this is a great place to shoot as outside most of the time is quite quiet, so nothing will disturb the shooting process.

However, occasionally, shooting outside of Fabrika can be a problem as like with Rustaveli, it tends to get overcrowded with quite a lot of people. This would be an issue as that would mean that there would be little to no space for the photoshoot. To overcome this issue, I should look for a place where a lot of people would not stand in for a long time, and shoot at certain times, as to not face overcrowding.

The final possible location for my photoshoot is Red Park in Tbilisi. I chose this place because there is lots of space to take photos, which makes it easier to find alternative spaces to take photos if there isn't enough space. The park is also very vibrant, which I think its great as my photos would look aesthetically pleasing.

However, it can tend to get crowded and there can be lots of noise, as a lot of children come and play in the playground, and lots of parents are there looking after their children. To overcome this issue, I will try to shoot in an area which doesn't have a lot of people and a lack of noise, as that would disturb my photoshoot.
